Vouchers & Discounts

Voucher

You can simply enter your voucher in the discount code / voucher field during the checkout process.

Click on "Redeem" and the discount will be deducted automatically.

You can order gift vouchers at any time in our online shop. Simply use the following link:

You can choose between 25, 50, 100 and 200.

The gift voucher will then be sent to you directly by e-mail.

We only send our gift vouchers as PDF files. They are sent directly to the e-mail address provided after ordering.
If you cannot find the e-mail with the code in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you can't find the e-mail with the gift code there either, simply contact our Customer Care Team.

Important:Our gift vouchers are not sent by post. The gift voucher cannot be found in the package of an order if other products have also been ordered.

Unfortunately, we cannot add discount codes or vouchers to a completed order at a later date.

Our vouchers have no expiry date and can therefore be redeemed at any time.

Discount codes

To redeem a promotional code, enter the code in the checkout under "Discount code".

The following points must be observed for discount codes:

  • Have you reached the minimum order value of the voucher (excluding shipping costs)?
  • Have you already redeemed another code?
  • Have all the conditions of the code been met?

If you have complied with all points and the code still cannot be redeemed, you can delete the cache and cookies of your PC browser once for the entire period. This will reset your browser.

If the problem persists, simply contact our Customer Care Team ❤️ before completing your order.

No, you can only redeem one promotional code per order.
