Shipping is free for orders over €60.
You will receive a tracking number for each shipment, so you can track your shipment in real time.
For orders under €60, we charge a small shipping fee.

Our products usually arrive within 3-5 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days) from the time you place your order.
Of course, in exceptional cases (such as a postal strike) it can take a little longer, but we work at full speed to ensure a fast and smooth processing.
Our logistics centre is in Germany. Most orders are shipped within one day.
On dates such as Christmas, the post office and of course we have a higher shipping volume than usual in the year. At such times there are generally delays, for which we would like to apologize to you in advance. But of course we are working on making everything as smooth as possible for you.

Trouble with the delivery
We have experienced that some delivery people forget to leave a "pick-up card" with their customers.
In most cases, the item will be left at your local post office or dropped off at a neighbour's. The best thing to do is to ask your neighbour or make a quick call to your local post office.
