I can't tolerate the products.

It could be that your symptoms are what is known as ‘dip flu’. Some users of the dipping system experience symptoms such as a cold and watery eyes. This is a reaction to the vapours from the base coat and top coat.

Here are some tips on how you can avoid these symptoms:

  • Ensure good ventilation. It is important to carry out the application in a well-ventilated area.
  • Ensure adequate lighting. Avoid leaning over the nail when applying the liquids as this can increase the likelihood of a reaction.
  • Use a mask. If you are particularly sensitive or perform manicures frequently, wearing a mask can help.

We would like to emphasise at this point that Dip-Flu is not a specific reaction to our products, but to the composition of Base & Top Coat in the dipping system. This means that reactions can also occur with other dipping products and brands.

If you experience strong reactions, we advise against further use.

Your safety is very important to us!

Why do the dipping powder colors in the shop look different from how they appear on my nails?

The powder in the jar is always very light and may not look like the final result on the nails at first glance. Our product images in the shop are unedited and based on two layers of color.

Depending on the lighting (daylight or studio lighting), the colors can appear differently on the nails. We've tried to capture the shades in as many lighting conditions as possible.

Please also note that colors may vary depending on your screen settings, such as brightness or night mode.

Why does the top coat on my Soft Gel Press Ons start to peel over time?

This can happen if the press ons are frequently bumped or if too much filing was done at the tip during application. This can break the seal, causing the top coat to peel off.

I have air bubbles under my Soft Gel Press Ons / Gel Strips. How can I avoid this?

Soft Gel Press Ons:

If you're using adhesive tabs, make sure to apply them carefully to your natural nail: Stick the tab onto the nail with the protective film still on, then gently smooth out any air bubbles. Using the included wooden cuticle stick works especially well for this. Only after removing all bubbles should you peel off the protective film and firmly press the Press On onto your nail.

If you prefer using nail glue, be sure to apply enough glue to the underside of the Press On to completely fill the space between your natural nail and the Press On. You can also apply a thin layer of glue directly to your natural nail for extra hold.

Gel Strips:

It’s very important to press the gel strips firmly onto the natural nail to avoid air bubbles. Apply the strip and smooth it out from the center toward the edges. Be careful not to stick the strip onto your cuticles or beyond the nail edge. Gently press down the edges with the wooden stick. Just be careful not to press too hard, as this could create dents in the strip before it's fully cured.
