We currently offer the following payment methods in our online shop:

We only offer a conventional bank transfer with the ‘Sofort’ payment method.

Unfortunately, you cannot yet download the invoice automatically from your customer account.

Please write a short message to our team, stating your order number, and we will send you the invoice as a PDF file.

Klarna is a payment provider. Just like PayPal.

You can use it to pay us securely and without any problems.

We place the highest value on your security when it comes to payment transactions.

Your personal data is transmitted in encrypted form so that it cannot be read by third parties. In addition, our website is SSL securely verified.

Your payments are processed via a specially secure-certified partner.

Your return will always be credited according to the payment method you selected when ordering.

Once we have received your return, we will check what you have sent back. Please give us some time to confirm your return.

The purchase amount will be credited depending on the payment method:

Credit Card:

The credit will be returned to the credit card account we have debited. You can view the chargeback on your next credit card statement. It may happen that the date of the chargeback on the statement is the same as the date of payment.

PayPal:

The amount will be credited to the PayPal account you use. You can decide for yourself whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.

Gift Voucher:

The refund will be made as a credit to your originally selected gift card. Cash payment of the credit is not possible. If you have combined the gift voucher with another payment method, we will offset the value of the voucher against the items you keep. We will refund the additional amount paid according to the other payment method you selected.

Klarna invoice or immediate purchase:

Your refund will be forwarded by us to Klarna and then refunded there via your payment method.

You can simply enter your voucher in the discount code / voucher field during the checkout process.

Click on redeem and the discount will be deducted automatically.

You can order Gift Vouchers at any time in our online shop.

You can choose between a 25 euro, 50 euro, 100 euro and 200 euro gift voucher.

The voucher will then be sent to you directly by e-mail.

Enter the code in the checkout under ‘Discount code’.

The following points must be observed for discount codes:

• Have you reached the minimum order value of the voucher (excluding shipping costs)?
• Have you already redeemed another code?
• Have all the conditions of the code been met?

If you have complied with all the points, you can delete the cache and cookies of your PC browser once for the entire period. This will reset your browser.

If the code redemption still does not work, there may be another reason.

You can only redeem one promotional code per order.

We only send our gift vouchers as PDF files; they are sent directly to the email address provided after the order has been placed.

If you cannot find the e-mail with the code in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If the e-mail with the gift code cannot be found there either, simply contact our Customer Care Team!

Important:
Our gift vouchers are not sent by post. The voucher is also not included in the parcel of an order if some other products have also been ordered.

Unfortunately, we cannot add discount codes or vouchers to a completed order at a later date.

Our vouchers have no expiry date and can therefore be redeemed at any time.

If the redemption does not work and the code is labelled as expired, please contact our Customer Care Team!
