A touch of winter magic on the nails ❄️ This snow-covered nail design is reminiscent of frosty mornings when the world is enveloped in a sparkling blanket of snow. This brings the magic of the cold season directly to your fingertips. We'll show you how it's done!
Let's go!
- Preparation is key to any manicure, so let's start by thoroughly preparing our nails: Push back the cuticles with a rosewood stick or manicure stick and remove the invisible cuticle at the nail base with a buffer. Then, roughen the entire nail surface and shape the nails as desired.
- Next, apply a thin layer of Base Coat and dip all fingers in the Base Powder.
- Then, apply another thin layer of Base Coat and dip into the gentle, slightly transparent Cotton Candy. Gently remove any excess powder with a clean brush.
- Now, let's create our snowy winter landscape: Apply Base Coat again in a wave shape to the front half of the nail and dip into the colour Snow White.
- Followed by another layer of Base Coat on the white area, and dip into the sweet Sugar. Repeat these two steps on all nails.
- Now, generously apply Activator and let it dry for 2 minutes.
- Any unevenness on the nail surface or at the nail edge can now be smoothed out with a file. Followed by a second layer of Activator, which we cure for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, seal our snowy design with 2 layers of Top Coat to make it shine.
- Of course, an extra dose of care is essential: Simply massage some nail oil into our cuticles - especially important in colder temperatures.
Are you already in the winter mood? With this tutorial, at least your nails are ready for the snowy season! ❄️✨
