Customer account
General
To set up a Doonails customer account, you must first click on the person icon at the top of the page and then click on ‘Create account’. Then fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk. Then confirm this information.
You can view, change or add to your details at any time in your customer account.
You can change most of the information yourself in your customer account. However, this only applies to future orders. You can also add alternative addresses there.
Only Doonails Customer Care can change the delivery addresses for orders that have already been placed - depending on the status of the order (only as long as the order is not yet being processed).
If you have accidentally placed an order with the wrong e-mail address, we can change this for you.
You may have ordered with a different e-mail address. We can merge the order with the incorrect e-mail address with the correct address for you.
Have you accidentally set up two accounts with us or would you like to delete your account for other reasons?
We think that's a shame, but we will of course delete it for you. ❤️
Simply contact us and let us know which e-mail address you used to create an account with us. We will take care of the deletion and of course confirm this to you by e-mail afterwards.
Please note that we can only delete your account if
- all outstanding amounts have been paid and
- you have received all due refunds from us and
- none of your orders are still in transit.
If one of these conditions is not met, we will not be able to delete your account immediately.
Have you forgotten the password for your customer account?
Simply click on ‘Forgot password’ when you log in. Enter your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail with which you can set a new password.
If something does not work here, you are welcome to contact us at any time.
You can view an overview of your orders, delivery times and processing status at any time in your customer account.
Simply log in to your account by clicking on the person icon at the top of the homepage. Now you can see your orders.
Can't see all the orders you have placed with Doonails? Please check your account again using a different email address - in the vast majority of cases, customers have placed the order using a different email address.
You can create a customer account to view all your orders at a glance. You can also join the Doonails Club and receive many unique rewards.
Of course, you can also order from us as a guest without a customer account.
