After two years on the market and strong growth, Doonails, known for its Dipping Powder Manicure, is striking a new visual and communicative path with an in-house rebranding.

With its innovative Dipping Powder Manicure, the start-up Doonails has transformed the manicure industry in the DACH region and the Netherlands over the past two years. Beautiful and long-lasting manicures should be possible for everyone, even without harmful UV lamps, from home. After strong growth, the company is now getting a new look itself: the planned rebranding at the end of March includes a new corporate identity with a modern logo, fresh fonts and a revitalised communication strategy.

New look and feel for a strong brand

Alongside the logo and font, muted, warm corporate colours should bring the colourful Dipping-Powder colours to the fore and bring some calm to the eye-catching products. The new slogan "Love Nails, Doonails" makes it clear in a simple and playful way that Doonails is the first choice for nail lovers. On social media, behind-the-scenes peeks, informative content and manicure inspiration should offer value and fresh breezes. This holistic redesign should both appeal to a wider audience and give existing customers a deeper understanding of Doonails' identity, philosophy and values to strengthen emotional attachment to the brand.

Nail the Future

However, the new visual line and communication are only the beginning of big plans. "The rebranding stands on the one hand as a milestone for the success we have been able to generate with Doonails over the past two years, but also for our determination to constantly evolve and always adapt to the dynamic demands and needs of our existing and future customers," said Lukas Windegger, CEO and co-founder of Doonails. "2023 is an important year for us and we want to reach many more people through expansions in Europe and enable them to create beautiful nails at home!" agrees Elisa Walder, Head of Product and co-founder.
