How long does the dispatch take?
Within Germany, our products usually arrive within 1-3 working days of your order. Shipping to other countries such as Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland and France can take 3-5 working days.
Please note: Saturday, Sunday & public holidays are not working days.
Of course, in exceptional cases (sale events, Christmas period, etc.) it may take a little longer, but we are always working hard to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Can I change my order or my delivery address at a later date?
As long as your order has not yet been processed, we can adjust your delivery address again. Please contact our customer support via the contact form and use the contact reason ‘Change and cancellation’. Also enter your order number so that we can process your request more quickly. You will then receive feedback from us as to whether it was still possible to change your address.
Unfortunately, we cannot add or change the content of your order afterwards. Only a full or partial cancellation is possible, depending on the shipping status. Please use the contact reason ‘Change and cancellation’ in our contact form so that we can assign your request directly.
If your order is already in the packing or shipping process, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled, nor can a change of address be made.
If you no longer want the order, you can simply refuse or not accept it on delivery, in which case it will be automatically returned to us and you will then receive a refund to your chosen payment method. Please also contact our customer support.
